Finding and fixing leaks caused by freeze damage can be difficult and time consuming. For a small fee, we can examine a tub for leaks and provide an upfront estimate of the cost of repair so there are no surprises.

What is a low flow error, and how can I fix it?

In some cases, a low flow error may be caused by a filter that's either clogged or worn out. In other cases, it may be due to a bad circulation pump. To check, remove the filters from your spa. If the error clears, then it's time to order new filters. If not, then it's time to contact us.

My water's not heating and it's going to be cold tonight. What can I do to prevent my water from freezing?

First, confirm that the hot tub is getting power. If not, reset the breaker. Next, contact us. In many instances, we can restore heat with an in-stock part. If you can't reach us, then consider draining your hot tub. Most tubs have a drain, or you can use a small pump to drain it. Once drained, remove the filters and pour a gallon of marine/rv anti-freeze into the filter holes to protect the pipes from any water remaining in the pipes.

How much do you charge?

We charge $195 for a service visit. This includes up to one hour of service work. Additional time is billed at $145 per hour. Any parts or supplies are in addition to this hourly service rate. Our parts and services are also subject to the PA Sales Tax.

If I buy my parts on Amazon or some other source, will you install them?

In general, we will not install customer provided parts. The income from part sales is a key part of what keeps our company in business. Additionally, our relationship with our supplier is invaluable, and the impeccable technical support that they provide to us is contingent upon our continuous financial support. As such, if we are providing a client with a diagnosis, we will require the client to purchase the parts from us. We guarantee that the parts we provide will always be compatible with your hot tub and that they are always installed correctly.
